RED THREAD DESIGN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• RED THREAD DESIGN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the RED THREAD DESIGN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Return and Exchange Policy

1. Opening Videos Requirement:
Before unpacking your order, it is mandatory to record an opening video of the package.
2. Damage Cases:
In the event of damage, please ensure you have an opening video.
If you have an opening video, we will process the exchange or return without additional charges.
3. In-Box Breakage:
If your product arrives with in-box breakage and you have an opening video, we will provide a replacement box with free shipping.
4. Color-related Issues:
If you encounter any issues with the color and wish to return or exchange the product, we will require you to cover the shipping costs.
After polishing or addressing the issue, we will promptly send the product back to you.
5. Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, we offer a full refund in the form of wallet credits. Return shipping charges apply. (24Hrs)
6.Stone:
We strongly believe in our loyal customers, for the same we are providing 7 days Hussle Free Return/Exchange if the stone is misplaced from the any piece of jewelry.
Post 7 days from the date of delivery Silvery Silver is not responsible for any kind of dispute related to the same.
7. Warranty
Absolute 6 Month of warranty when we talk about plating on all silver jewelry, only a nominal delivery charge will be applied according to your location. (Max.₹ 199)
